Exhibit Tables
- GlobalWA members at $1,500 (Kilimanjaro) and above receive FREE exhibit space.
- GlobalWA Cascades ($350) and Atlas ($750) members are eligible to table for $300.
- All GlobalWA Ambassadors and non-members are eligible to table for $600.
Exhibitors will be provided with:
- 1 (8ft) table with black linen cloth
- 2 chairs
- Access to an electrical outlet
We do not require that you have a person staff your table, but you are welcome to have up to 2 individuals staff the table at no additional cost. Please note staffing the table does not give you access to conference sessions. If table staffers would like to participate in any parts of the conference in addition to exhibiting, they will need to register for the conference.
Though we do not have strict exhibit guidelines, we encourage you to focus on increasing your visibility and educating the public about your work. Please do not use your exhibit space for solicitation of funds or jobs.
