About the Global Leadership Forum (GLF)

Launched in 2011, GLF is a Seattle-based 501(c)(3) non-pro fit whose mission is to connect and catalyze inclusive leaders to ally with communities globally. GLF’s values – continuous learning, community, global justice, and integrity – are a guiding light in how it advances its mission through its flagship Leadership Development Cohort Program for mid-career and senior leaders. Each cohort meets over the course of six months and consists of a small group of leaders from nonprofits, foundations, higher education, and businesses that have global and social impact dimensions to their work. The complex interplay between power, privilege, racism, colonialism, and the white savior complex are woven into every session. The program is characterized by rich conversation, skill development and real-time problem solving. GLF also provides ongoing opportunities for the Alumni Community to connect and learn both within and across cohorts. GLF has a strong foundation, including a track record of twenty cohorts, an active alumni community of over 130 leaders, and an experienced and passionate board of directors .
