Fundraising plans are critical to non-profit organizations. However, given the current COVID 19 pandemic we may need to rethink those plans. While the future is uncertain, nonprofit organizations can still be strategic and thoughtful in their approach to fundraising. How can global nonprofits be nimble in this ever-changing environment?  How do we shift gears to set and achieve funding goals? How should we plan for the summer and fall 2020? Should nonprofit organizations cut back on programs now in anticipation of a funding shortfall?
