Bell Harbor is ADA accessible to all event spaces. To access spaces via elevator, Bell Harbor has an elevator entrance that goes from the rooftop, parking garage, third floor, and ground floor. All event spaces and bathrooms are ADA accessible.

To our and Bell Harbor’s best ability, we will provide the following additional accommodations for accessibility:

• Space for people using wheelchairs and ensure wheelchair routes to meeting rooms
• Gender-neutral bathrooms will be available
• Captioned videos shown from the mainstage
• Plenary sessions will be recorded and available after the conference
• Microphones will be used at all times
• Nursing and prayer rooms will be available
• For our virtual day of our conference, all sessions will have captions and will be recorded for future viewing
• A written report of the conference will be available post conference
