Leading in Times of Transformation

Event Description

We will hear from the leaders of community-centered, locally-driven organizations about how they are navigating, adapting, and innovating in an era of rapid, sector-wide change – finding major opportunities to build new ways of working.

Join us for an exploration of new models for partnership, new ways of supporting staff health and employee well-being, and ways to center on localization, equity, and many competing concerns. We will also seek to understand how transformative philanthropy like MacKenzie Scott’s and progressive institutional funders are helping orgs navigate.
