For 16 years, Global Washington has served as a home for the global development community in Washington State -convening across sectors, building partnerships, and strengthening our collective capacity to create a healthier, more equitable world. As we prepare to close our doors on June 30, 2026, we believe the community we’ve built together has the potential to continue making an impact on Washington State and the world, and that we can play a final role in supporting it.
That’s why we’re launching the Community Stewardship Fund: a limited pool of funding to support individuals, groups, and organizations ready to carry forward the work. Whether it’s continuing or launching an affinity group, hosting cross-sector networking events, or stewarding a successor to our annual conference, we welcome anyone in the broader community who wants to keep this ecosystem alive and is willing to help lead.
