Tech for Global Good: Maximizing Office Technology

Optimizing your website, database, data visualization, and internal technology systems can be challenging for global non-profits, especially during budgeting and planning cycles. Come to this panel event to ask your questions! Our panel consists of two technology service providers that work exclusively with non-profits and two non-profit organizations who have undergone or are going through technology projects. The goal of this panel event is to help provide direction and options for planning and implementing your next technology project as well as helping the tech community determine what programs and services should be offered to better serve the global non-profit community.

Pallavi enjoys expanding  an organization’s ability to derive actionable insights delivered through high quality data. She has held leadership positions driving forward the strategic use of technology and data management practices at diverse nonprofits and corporations in the US and in India. In her current role as the Salesforce Product Owner, she is responsible for defining a robust roadmap to maximize the value derived from PATH’s investment in Salesforce as an enterprise system for critical business functions. Before PATH, she led Database Services delivery at 501 Commons and Technology and Online Strategy development for the National CASA Association.

Joel Meyers

As partner and Accounts Manager, Joel helps provide vision and leadership guiding all solutions Fuse IQ provides to their clients. Starting in the tech industry in 1996 Joel has worked for several award-winning companies in the start-up community during the dotcom boom days. Joel is also a 10 year member of Solutions For Good, an alliance of professionals whose primary interest is serving nonprofit organizations, and served on the board for Seattle AIGA as Web Director for 3.5 years and is the co-founder of the Design for Good initiative. He is lead organizer for Seattle Tech4Good and has recently been elected to the Advisory Council for Unloop. Joel is also a graduate from the Global Leadership Forum that teaches about all aspects of running small and larger international NGO’s.
