Directions & Parking
Directions to Microsoft Conference Center (Building 33)
The Microsoft Conference Center is at the main Microsoft Headquarters Campus in Redmond, east of Seattle, across Lake Washington.

Parking at the Microsoft Conference Center is complimentary and available in the parking garages below and adjacent to the Microsoft Conference Center (Building 33). All attendees must enter the Microsoft Conference Center through the main entrance.

- Make sure your wireless adapter is set to dynamically obtain an IP address.
- Connect to the wireless network MSFTGUEST.
- Open a browser and navigate to a website to be redirected to the Captive Portal.
- Click on the Event Attendee Code and enter the access code MS33.
Accessibility
The Microsoft Conference Center is ADA accessible to all event spaces. Elevators are available from parking to the event floors. All event spaces and bathrooms are ADA accessible.
To our and Microsoft’s best ability, we will provide the following additional accommodations for accessibility:
- Space for people using wheelchairs and ensure wheelchair routes to meeting rooms
- Gender-neutral bathrooms will be available
- Microphones will be used at all times
- Nursing and prayer rooms will be available

We’re partnering with the Hampton by Hilton to offer a special discounted rate for conference attendees. We recommend booking early, as availability is limited. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the Microsoft Conference Center.

Scholarships
Global Washington recognizes the impact this year’s federal funding cuts have had on our community, in particular those who were laid off or furloughed as a result. As part of our commitment to equity and resilience, we’ve partnered with Amazon to provide a limited quantity of scholarships to the 2025 GlobalWA Annual Conference. Eligible applicants must have worked in global development within the past 12 months and be transitioning due to employment disruption.
To apply for a scholarship, please fill out this brief application. Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
