Amplio (formerly Literacy Bridge) is seeking a wonderful volunteer or intern to help us organize Salesforce. Will you be our hero?
We need a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Salesforce savvy hero to help us catch up and get organized. The
project will involve a range of tasks, from removing duplicate contacts and accounts, to updating donation
amounts to correspond with Quickbooks, to organizing Campaign, etc.
If you can also recommend best practices and/or document procedures for going forward, we will be grateful.
This is a significant chunk of work and time, and the work is essential to our mission! We’re looking for

Amplio enables knowledge sharing with the world’s hardest-to-reach communities, empowering them to
improve their health, income, and quality of life. We do this by amplifying the reach of local partners through
the use of our Talking Book audio devices, which serve people who are often missed due to illiteracy or living
in remote areas. We support these partners with the technology, the creation of engaging audio interviews, songs,
and dramas, and the analysis of user feedback recordings and usage statistics to better understand user needs.
Our global partners include CARE, UNICEF, and WHO, programs in Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda.
• Highly responsible, confidential, and trustworthy

• Experience with tracking systems, and data based management
• Strong computer skills and troubleshooting
• Detail/project management skills
HOURS: Temporary, project based volunteer or intern position. Flexible hours, but we are seeking a candidate
who can commit to enough hours for project completion. Our in-office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm.
LOCATION: Downtown Seattle office, but working remotely is available
