Working closely with the Human Resources Business Partner, the Human Resources Generalist will consult with managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, selection, and compensation administration in support of Bloodworks NW strategic goals and objectives. Participate in development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures which encourage fair employment practices, facilitate a positive employee relations environment, and meet regulatory requirements. Assure Bloodworks Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity program goals are accomplished and regulatory compliance is maintained.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Two years of progressive experience in HR disciplines is also required. Human Resources experience in health care and/or non-profit is desirable.
