About this position: Clinician Manager
PPGNHI is seeking an exceptional Clinician leader to precept, train, support, and mentor staff.
This Position should is located in the North Area of Seattle. This is a 1.0 FTE, salaried role.
The Clinician Manager will support clinicians in Central District-Seattle, Eastside-Bellevue, Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville and University District health centers.
Major responsibilities include:
Assists with recruiting strategy development, screens & interviews candidates and contributes to the successful on-boarding of newly hired Clinicians and RNs for PPGNHI’s north end health centers.
Partners with the training department and Clinical Trainers to ensure optimal service delivery by non-licensed health center staff by reviewing training materials, maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures, and providing clinical consultation and support.
Prepares and conducts trial period evaluations, performs chart audits and clinical observations for assigned clinicians.
May also be assigned responsibility for providing reproductive healthcare & primary care services and clinical expertise to Clinicians providing primary care.
Assists in ensuring the highest quality patient care in compliance with medical standards and guidelines and PPGNHI protocols.
Collaborates with health center operations and management staff to ensure PPGNHI productivity expectations and compliance standards are maintained.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Licensed as ARNP, PA or CNM in WA.
