Undergraduate degree:

Washington Scholarships:

For The University of Washington:
  • Mary Gates Endowment for students provides four kinds of scholarships that support and enrich undergraduate students’ learning.
  • Go! Global provides scholarship for international students looking for education opportunities abroad, or studying the humanities or social sciences.
  • University of Washington Scholarship & Funding provides a comprehensive list of all general funds available for prospective students.
  • Private Loans or Alternative Education Loans is a resource to help pay the cost to attend college when other financial aid is not enough or when the UW student wants different loan terms than what is offered by the government loan programs.

Graduate school

  • Scholars4dev is a list of masters scholarship opportunities either for those from developing countries or those looking to work in development.

For UW:

  • GIFS provides contact information and workshop dates for master’s and doctoral students who have been admitted to or who are current students at the University of Washington.
  • The William H. Gates Public Service Law Program awards five scholarships on an annual basis to first year students entering the UW School of Law J.D. program.
  • GO-MAP funding is a list of programs providing funding for underrepresented students whose individual experiences and/or academic interests will bring diversity to scholarly perspectives and endeavors, and to the academic community.
