FY 2012: Appropriates $40 million for USAID for direct loans and loan guarantees for microenterprise programs and a further $8.3 million for the administrative expenses of the Development Credit Authority (DCA).

FY 2013: On May 8, 2012, the House Appropriations Subcommittee on State and Foreign Operations approved a budget for FY 2013 that appropriates $48.2 million (about same as FY 2012) for the Development Credit Authority (DCA) [PDF].
