H.R. 2055, Title III: Bilateral Economic Assistance – Complex Crises Fund
FY 2012: Appropriates $10 million plus a further $30 million in Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) funds for USAID for the Complex Crises Fund (CCF), which support programs and activities to prevent or respond to emerging or unforeseen complex crises overseas.

FY 2013: On May 8, 2012, the House Appropriations Subcommittee on State and Foreign Operations approved a budget for FY 2013 that appropriates no funds for the Complex Crises Fund [PDF].
