The Finance Manager works in a team environment specifically for Global Good & Research to provide modeling, reporting, and analysis to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and the evaluation of performance against such plans.


-Build and maintain financial models and provides analytical support for business initiatives.
-Responsible for partnering with business leaders, finance team members and program management to develop annual budget and multi-year project forecasts.
-Analyze and communicate actual project variances between budget, forecast, and historical performance.
-Develop and maintain monthly projects reporting package and review with internal stakeholders.
-Oversee and participate in preparation of quarterly business review presentations to external parties.
-Identify, analyze, and communicate trends and issues affecting the business.
-Develop positive and collaborative working relationship with business partners and finance team members by exhibiting a customer service attitude.
-Manage finance team member(s)
-Ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.

Key Qualifications and Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
-8 – 10 years progressive experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis with advanced financial modeling skills
-Strong leadership and decision making skills
-Supervisory experience
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of SQL and Tableau a plus
-Ability to design and prepare detailed (but concise), clearly written financial reports, analysis and business results
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
