TFT (The Forest Trust) is an international fast growing and dynamic non-profit organization which helps companies transform their supply chains across the world for the benefit of people and nature.
TFT is seeking an experienced and motivated CSE BRAZIL COORDINATOR

We employ more than 260 people worldwide and work with big and small companies, communities and producers of raw materials to create compelling cases of transformation related to environmental and social practices. With an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, we work on the ground with people to create inspiring transformation stories. We focus on creating value, engage without judging and carry hope and a positive vision of the future.
About the Centre of Social Excellence (CSE)
The CSE is a unique educational initiative of TFT focused on training early and mid-career professionals to be effective social practitioners in companies, governments and civil society organizations. The mission of the CSE is to create an enabling environment for social harmony and realized human rights by equipping companies, civil society and governments with well-trained social practitioners from the regions where they operate. The CSE provides practical courses on the concepts and methods needed to cultivate constructive relationships with diverse stakeholder groups in places where natural resource or agricultural development take place. The CSE was established in 2008, and it currently operates two programs, CSE Africa and CSE Indonesia. CSE programs will be established in each major region where TFT works. These new Centres will build upon TFT’s experience working with companies, communities and other stakeholders to collectively understand and develop solutions for the specific challenges and contexts related to the social aspects of their operations in each region. Our plan includes establishing a CSE Brazil in 2018, which will be the primary initial task for the new Brazil CSE Coordinator.
What Makes Us Unique
Beyond providing guidance on the creation and implementation of responsible sourcing and management policies based on our strong technical expertise, we see the world through interactions and relationships. Operating between two worlds (NGO-Companies/Buyer-Supplier/Companies-Government/etc.), we encourage our partners to look inside to define and live out their own vision for responsible management, and in this way are coaches and partners, not auditors or service-providers. In addition to traceability and assessments, we work hand in hand with our partners to create and innovate solutions to the challenges companies and communities face.
