The Office of Grants and Contracts (OGC) is responsible for ensuring that PATH complies with required federal regulations and award terms and conditions for each agreement or contract entered into by PATH. Additionally, OGC acts as a resource to project managers and Corporate Services, as the team aims to support projects in accomplishing their technical objectives while ensuring adherence to donor standards.
The Grants and Contracts Officer manages a portfolio of awards in alignment with assigned program teams. The overall role is to provide cradle to grave award management. S/he works closely with the members of OGC, Finance, Legal, Business Development, and program teams to ensure donor regulatory and contractual compliance, under the supervision of the Global Grants and Contracts Manager. We seek someone with the experience and expertise to understand funder terms and conditions and ensure compliance.
